Applications and accounts
Sending a founding operator application does not create an account or a contract. If we offer you an account, the subscription terms, price and service details will be shared with you before you sign up, and those terms will govern the service.
Prices and information
We try to keep everything on this site accurate, including plans, prices, features and comparisons with other software. Details can change, and the price you pay is the one confirmed when you sign up. Comparisons reflect the other companies' public information on the date shown and are not endorsed by them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no spam or false applications, no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no use that breaks the law.
Our content
The Ridez name, logo, text, videos and design belong to Ridez. Other product names belong to their owners. You may link to any page, but do not copy the site or present it as your own.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Ridez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for the site is limited to $100.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County.
