What is Ridez?
Ridez is reservation, dispatch and back-office software for limousine and chauffeured transportation companies. It covers bookings, quotes, a customer portal, a driver app, affiliate farm-in and farm-out, invoicing and payroll in one web app. It was built inside a working Los Angeles limo company and runs that company's trips every day.
How much does Ridez cost?
Ridez has three flat monthly plans: Solo at $99 for 1 to 5 vehicles, Operator at $199 for 5 to 20 vehicles, and Fleet at $399 for 20 or more vehicles. Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve. Plans are month to month with no contract.
Does Ridez charge per trip or per farm-out?
No. The Operator and Fleet plans include unlimited trips, and no plan charges a fee for farm-in or farm-out trips. Solo includes 200 trips a month.
Does Ridez mark up card payments?
No. Customers pay through the operator's own Stripe account, and Ridez adds nothing on top of the Stripe processing rate.
Can I switch to Ridez from Limo Anywhere or Moovs?
Yes. Ridez imports your customers, trips and rates from your current system for a one-time $299 fee, which is waived when you pay annually.
Does Ridez work with GNet and affiliates?
Ridez tracks farm-in and farm-out trips with affiliates, reads affiliate quotes from email and text, and gives partners a booking page. It sends reservations to GNet partners today; receiving reservations through GNet is in certification.
Does Ridez work on a phone?
Yes. Ridez runs in any web browser. Office staff use it on phones and desktops, drivers use the driver app on their phones, and customers book and pay from their phones.
